Little bit about it and me 🌻
I have done past life regressions which have helped me realize who I really was/am. This together with reiki healing / crystal therapy/EFT emotional freedom technique/ breathwork/energy healing and post traumatic stress disorder courses have created an awareness in myself that I carry the gift of a healing energy.

I like to use the comparison of the fact that our emotions are like an onion, with many layers to uncover. I am still learning and addressing these emotional layers in myself and would like to assist you with your emotional growth.

Some of the negative energies I have let go of are the listed below:

Abuse

Addictive behaviour

Self loathing

Self sabotage

What I would like to share is the following:

I will assist you in finding your “happy place”. Be it in your garden, listening to music, eating or cooking a meal, meeting new people or animals, to mention but a few. I will teach you the benefits of using your safe place as a retreat when you feel stressed or unsettled.

We can't change our past but we can change our perception of it, and we can change the path we choose to travel and live in the NOW.

We all have a cellular memory as such that smells signs and recalls feelings. It's how we react to that memory that makes the difference in our world.

I am 57 years old a mother to 2 beautiful daughters who have given me 3 grandchildren.I have embarked on a new chapter in my life. One where I would like to enlighten & assist others in this journey we call life.

All you need is to allocate 45 /+*minutes of your time once a week for 5 weeks. Invest in your future wellbeing .

And no taste.
