Just hit a new pr today on bench getting 2 reps with 155
To alot of people that's probably not impressive but for me I've never benched more than 135 successfully and this was done at the end of my workout rather than the beginning so you can imagine how ecstatic I am right now my only regret I didn't video for proof
When something bad happens it sucks but instead of sulking and feeling sorry for yourself find a way to power through it it will work out in the end

From where it began to where I am now
3 year difference including alot of bumps along the way going from 60-70 hrs work week with 2 jobs, raising 3 kids and time with my husband, covid lockdown, not having a trainer to now becoming a cpt learning my nutrition along the way and just trusting that what I'm doing is getting the results I'm looking for
When you're doubting your progress just take a step back and look at how far you've come
