Like a good neighbor, was NOT there but luckily was and made sure the homeowners got the coverage that they pay for each month.
Now they have 130MPH wind resistant shingles on their roof instead of the cheap builder grade shingles that can easily blow off with 50mph winds 💨.

Replacing this roof was actually an unpleasant surprise when we learned there were 4 layers we had to tear off. 2 layers of shingles , 1 layer of installation and one layer of cedar shake 🤦🏽‍♂️ . This was definitely one of the hardest jobs we ever had to do which led to me not posting on social media for about a week lol.
It took us 3 days , but we got the job done and we did it right !
