No gym.. no worries, this video is a perfect for shoulder and back that you can do with just simple resistance bands. Just in case you don’t have ones in handy, you can also substitute it with bottle of water or juice. Make it fun and make it works for YOU.

Mobility helps our bodies function optimally. It benefits our everyday movements, helps correct our muscular imbalances, betters our posture, helps prevent injuries (especially overuse injuries), allows us to move more efficiently, and gives us a better range of motion during our workouts.
Here is a example of combining 3 exercises that are great for mobility especially lower body. You can do it with or without weight.

Less is more. The most effective way to get your cardio and workout done it a good circuit training, combined two exercises at the same time. Here is a video clip of a good cardio and abs workout using body way (mini resistance band is optional).
Keep you back straight as you go down to squat. Come back up with a twist.
Reps and sets
3 sets x 10 to 15 reps
