Just in case you haven’t tried this , let me share this ‘easy peasy’ strategy to nourish our bodies. 😊

Simply add 1-2 teaspoon of malunggay powder on your meals. 🍃

TRUTH: Progress starts in the mind. ✨✨✨

While most of us think that ‘health and fitness’ progress is all about good physique, flat belly etc. I would say otherwise. 😉

It is more important to focus on one’s mindset first before starting your ‘health and fitness’ journey. 📍📍📍

“Do not focus on weight loss alone nor good physique.” ‼️

Rather “Focus on establishing your healthy system- right eating habits & food choices.” 💯

By simply shifting your focus means a lot on this tough journey. 😊

By just a glance of that statement, I bet, you’ll click on this and see how that magic works. 🧐

But we’ve got some news for you. 🙃

This kind of promise is too good to be true, which means it’s dangerous. ❌🚫 Yes! You’ve read that right.

“How come that it’s dangerous when it could lead to desirable results?” 🤷‍♀️

To make it simple, remember the idiom ‘by hook or by crook’? You have to do anything just to meet your goal, even if it could cause you harm. 🤦‍♀️

Now, that’s what most people had neglected. They get so in love with the goal, and they’ll do anything just to meet it. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

That’s the sad part. 🙁 That’s what we don’t want people to experience.

In the health aspect, it’s a ‘no-no’. 🙅‍♀️

➡️ We would love to exert much effort to achieve a long term good effect rather than taking the easier path (which is too risky). ⬅️

These are just some of the words that you might carelessly say to your loved ones whether it may be your family or friends. 😕

You might think of it as some kind of joke but to the other end, it isn’t funny. 😒

Whenever someone close to you shared that they would be changing their lifestyle for the betterment, instead of mocking them, why not support them? Instead of making fun of them, why not cheer for them? 🤗

Remember this, those people trying to live a healthy lifestyle don’t deserve to be bullied. They need an environment that will encourage them. ‼️
