Some people thrive on having lots to do and being busy. Yet one person’s busy can be another’s overwhelm. I learned at a very young age that I shut down when overwhelmed, but it still took me a long time to figure out how to manage it best for me. To get started, my suggestion is to prioritize and give yourself space before making commitments....and celebrate your successes no matter how small. 🤩🎊 👏🏻❤️

Welcome to Everything Energy with me, Tara Hanley 🙂. It's my greatest joy to assist others in bringing more joy and abundance into their lives using practical tools from an energetic perspective. What do I mean by energetic perspective? Well, we're taught a lot about our physical bodies and how to keep it healthy, but what about our energetic body, our spiritual body? There is so much more to us than just our physical bodies, and there are so many things we can do to keep our spiritual bodies healthy, which will also benefit our physical bodies. This is what I'm all about, sharing tips, tools and inspiration on how to learn, heal and grow our spiritual bodies by becoming more joyful, abundant and peaceful. How can we let go of anger and open up to more ease and effortlessness in life? It's not always easy but it is possible. Let's learn to enjoy this journey as much as we can.
