If you're new to Black Seed Oil and aren't sure how much to take, we recommend 1 teaspoon to 2 tablespoons daily.

A good rule of thumb is to start small, which would be 1 teaspoon a day. From there, you can work up to higher dosages the more comfortable you become with the supplement!

Things that keep us healthy?

Veggies of course 🥦🥒🥬

The vegetables in the pan may change, but these 👇 are the 3 main ingredients we use with all of our favorite veggies.

- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Olive Oil
- Nutritional Yeast Flakes

We use the convection roast setting at 435 degrees for about 25 minutes! Timing depends on how crispy you like your vegetables. Us? We like them almost burnt.😂🤷‍♀️
