I want to apologize to everyone that came by our booth after 10:30am. My sales forecast was off significantly! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Coming soon! We are so exited to officially announce that The Forge will be opening soon in Skull Valley! We will be taking over the historic ’Station’ building and expanding both the cafe and retail offerings. Family is the best! Madison just got off of a 24 hour shift and stopped to help me set up. My brother, Phil, Missy’s husband, is always there to help when I need him. It was a great day at the market until the thunderstorm hit! I truly hope that everyone was able to pack up and make it home safely! ♥️♥️♥️

It’s August and we have a couple of new cookies on the menu this month! The pistachio-chocolate chip was a special request made by a sweet customer last Saturday. Such a great idea especially because I love pistachios and chocolate!

See y’all this Saturday 7:30-noon.

As we approach August (already), I felt that it might be a good idea to make you aware of our cookie schedule.

We will be missing two Saturday markets for a very important bucket list vacation. Stay tuned for pictures!

These are not muffins! 😍
I have two, amazing customers at the farmers market every Saturday who have challenged me to make a gluten-free, sugar-free, jumbo cookie that tastes great and won’t hopefully fall apart in the bag! Problem solved! I added a very small amount of pure, organic, maple syrup and baked my cookie dough inside of a jumbo muffin liner. So excited to have this one on Saturday! They might sell out fast, so I recommend reaching out to me with a pre-order if you’d like one or more.

I received a very special request to deliver platters of our jumbo cookies to the Northern Arizona Veterans Administration Hospital’s Hospice Team. If you know me or my family history then you know this is my favorite place to deliver! Missy, Shelli and I absolutely love the men and women that work there. Something that made this order extra special is the woman who placed it! She used to be a hospice nurse there years ago and took amazing care of our Dad. I even spoke about her during my Dad’s memorial service. She and many others from the Prescott VA have made an unforgettable impact on my life. May God bless them all.

Thrilled to report that I am back in the kitchen this week mixing all kinds of cookie dough!

The Skull Valley Station will have fresh, jumbo cookies delivered around noon on Wednesday and the Prescott Farmers Market will have our special July assortment of jumbo cookies & granola on Saturday 7:30-noon.

I am grateful to have had last week off to recover yet always miss my little pastry kitchen and seeing you all!

We were in need of a little R&R, so we spent the first part of the week camping up at Mingus Mountain. It was beautiful!
Now we are clearing our Desert Hills property the best we can in order to be fire wise.

I look forward to being back in my pastry kitchen next week with a new, jumbo cookie menu!

Easton will be 4 & Emerson will be 2 next month around the same time their brother Cohen is born. We celebrated them yesterday with all things Mermaid!
It was an emotional day for some of us and we hide it well.
What matters most is family being together, finding joy, creating memories, and honoring our loved ones.
These girls (& Cohen) will always be our saving grace on earth.

Xavier received his food handlers certificate so that he could help me occasionally, but he is usually no where to be found when I need assistance in the kitchen! 😬 I injured my wrist at the market last Saturday when a gust of wind tried taking our tent, so I have limited mobility right now. Since 2024 appears to be my year of doctors visits, I think X is starting to feel sorry for me. 🤣 He is scooping a lot of cookie dough this week, and I am incredibly grateful! 🥰

We have two, special events this Saturday! Of course, we will be at the Prescott Farmers Market from 7:30-12:00. The kind people at Stepping Stones Academy invited us back to their school fundraiser as well!
Xavier will be at that one from 9:00-2:00. The location is just north of Carefree Highway on the west side of 7th Street.

Please come out and support the small businesses, meet your neighbors, and enjoy the beautiful weather!
