Beliefs can get in the way of moving towards your goals. Sometimes they come from when the belief was formed when we were young. To break unhelpful beliefs just think of something in your life that contradicts your belief.
I have obeen using this lately and it is sooooo helpful! I learned this from Abraham Hicks.....you can you tube them. This pivots your attention to the positive!
I love this …..I used to say ‘I’m going to learn my lesson so I don’t have to go through THAT again!’ Now I pick and choose all the things I love about all of my experiences…..
I find this really helpful for many things….to decrease my pain, loosen up my vagus nerve and get rid of worries…..when I can do it for myself all my relationships in my life improve:).

It's good to see if you have a ceiling to what you expect in life with regards to health, money, relationships, job, etc. What you think is what you get so make sure you don't have small expectations. Sometimes our ceiling can come from being told not to show off when we are young so as not to make siblings feel bad. This may carry over to the rest of our life and we may feel bad to do well. ALSO, don't forget the basement. We need to raise our basements. For eg. now my basement for making changes in my health is as follows:
-if i eat something and it makes me feel bad I will stop eating that
