#Process:
1. Make a slurry with some corn flour, maida flour, sesame seeds, rice flour, sooji (rava), salt, pepper powder & water into a nice thick paste and keep it separate.

2. Mash the boiled potatoes and add finely chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, coriander powder, salt, pepper, (amsoor powder/ chaat masala powder) & powdered oats.

Mix this well into a nice dough mixture.

#Note : Oats is added for binding of potato mash mixture.

3. Take a bread slice and top it off with potato mash mixture so that it gets nicely pasted to bread. Press it with your hands so that it will be equal paste and it sticks.

4. Cut into four sticks. Apply little water in knife and cut a bread into four sticks.

5. We have to dip the bread sticks in the slurry on all sides.

6. Add little oil in a pan and do pan fry the bread sticks, turn the sticks in between so that it becomes golden in colour in all the sides.

7. Switch off the flame, remove the bread sticks in the pan and serve it hot with #Tomatosauce.

Firstly spread the tomato sauce or homemade pizza sauce on the bread. 2. Grate some cheese on top of the bread and then place the topping as mentioned in the Ingredients (Onion, Tomato & Capsicum) 3. Put some butter on Tawa (we used #irontawa), place the bread with toppings on the tawa and close it with a lid. 4. Cook it in medium or sim flame till the cheese melts. 5. You can grate some more cheese as shown in the video. 6. At the end you can top it with chilly flakes & mixed herbs.
