Court overrules Voorhees Planning Board, allows shopping center at Route 73 and Signal Hill Drive. A developer's plan to build a strip retail center on Route 73 that was denied by the Voorhees Planning Board has been approved by a state Superior Court judge.
I think Ed needs to smoke some w**d and chill…where is there enough land on 73 for a couple hundred thousand square foot manufacturing and distribution center? Pretty sure Virtua took up all that land.
Not for nothing, but we live along a Highway! Do you think the land along it isn’t going to be developed?
Didn’t the SLA oppose the development of Lowe’s, BJ’s, Dooney’s, and the like? Everyone in Sturbridge shops at most, if not all, of those businesses.

Seen a bunch of people posting in other groups about door to door sales…here’s a thought: don’t answer your door!!! If you have a door bell cam, even easier to determine if you should answer the door or not.
It appears the people have been heard, and the beach age rules will return the way they were!
