Panzanella Salad
Ingredients for 4 servings:
Tomatoes - 200 g
French baguette - 200 g
Onions - 50 g
Green salad - 100 g
Olive oil - 100 ml
Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. l
Basil leaves to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Cooking:
1. Break the bread into small pieces and dry in the oven.
2. Coarsely chop the tomatoes, chop the onion.
3. For dressing, mix olive oil with wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
4. In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, onions, chopped lettuce leaves and basil.
5. Put the salad on a plate and pour dressing.

Ingredients:
For the test:
● 200 g of potatoes (one large potato or two medium)
● a glass of flour
● 1 egg
● 50 butter
● salt to taste
For filling:
● 400 g minced meat (I have mixed)
● 1 onion
● 150-200 g of cabbage (I took cauliflower)
● 2 eggs
● 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream
● 2 tomatoes
● some cheese to sprinkle on top of the pie
● salt to taste
● some vegetable oil to fry the components of the filling
Cooking:
The very first thing to do is peel the potatoes and put them to boil. As long as the potatoes are boiled, you can prepare the filling. Grind the cabbage inflorescences. Fry for five minutes, add a little water and keep it under the lid for another five minutes. Spread on a plate. Finely chop the onion.
Fry it with minced meat.
Combine meat, onions and cabbage. Stir. Meanwhile, the potatoes are boiled. Drain the water, mash the potato in a napkin. Add oil and egg to it, mix. I did it with a blender.
Gradually add the flour in the mashed potatoes and knead the dough. Gradually, you should get such a soft, elastic, warm lump of potato dough. If you think that the dough is liquid and the potato dough is quite difficult to work, add some more flour. My dough is a bit sticky, but I managed it without adding flour, just added it during rolling.
We roll out the dough to the size of the baking dish and carefully transfer it to a greased form.
If you did not have time to make the filling in advance, let the dough stand in the refrigerator right in the form.
We spread the filling on the dough, straighten, slightly condensing. Since the filling is rather friable, we will make the filling for the bunch (well, for taste, of course:) Two eggs are mixed with sour cream.
Fill the filling with this mixture. Spread thinly sliced tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put the cake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out the finished cake. Cut into portions.

Vegetable casserole with meat
Eggplant - 1 pc.
Stuffing-200 g
Onion rep. - 2 pcs.
1 carrot
4 Tomatoes
3 potatoes
Cheese - 100 g
Sour cream-3 tablespoons
Laying in layers:
1. Eggplant (cut into strips and soak in salted water for 20 minutes, then drain the water).
2. Stuffing (fry with onions and carrots + spices).
3. Potato (circles).
4. Tomatoes (I had cherry, so I cut them in half).
5. Sprinkle with cheese and pour sauce: beat 3 eggs with 3 tablespoons. sour cream, seasoning. Bon Appetit!
