We have come a long long way. From working out with chairs, stairs, home gyms, treadmills, yoga mats to finally getting back in the game.
Throughout this whole time, whenever everyone thought that sports had taken a back seat we silently prayed,hoping for everything to get back to how it was - races, championships, tournaments, medals, podiums and all the sweat and glory that came with it.
But our preparations didn't stop and they never will.
Because all we have is hope.
Hope to be better, everyday!

So here's my latest update from the 40th West Bengal State Championships. I took the win at the ITT🥇and also I wanna congratulate my fellow teammate Ritam Dolai for taking the win at the mass start.
I also wanna specially thank my team Argo Cycling Team for the wonderful support they have provided me. I would also like to thank my coach and brotherly guardian Arvind Panwar Racing for properly guiding me and for always believing in me.
