We're excited to have Khadijah - Clinical Director & Mental Health Advocate joining us at our self care event. She kayaks all year long with her husband. The coldest has been 19 degree weather. She's a Seakayaker that explores all 💦 calm & rough.

However Adriana has been effectively helping people connect with their authentic selves since 2017. She is the experienced instructor who works the bodies of babes, seniors and everybody in between. Adriana brings almost 10 years of personal practice to the mat, along with a B.S. in Physical Education. The Baltimore Ravens have widened their wingspan thanks to her teachings. She has stretched out several D1, collegiate athletes too."
