Welcome to Wild Monkey! This has been a business idea for quite a while. Started by Mother Catherine Ried, but a recipe that has been in our family since about 1850-ish.
As her son I felt like it was an amazing honor to help her, and get this bakery up and going.
This was her dream and passion. I am just happy I can help and be apart of it!
Maybe by this time next year she will have her first Brick & Mortar Store!

At Wild Monkey we are here to Pay it forward and help the community. We will be giving 15% of Proceeds to Charities. One international (www.wildchimp.org), one national (www.primatesanctuaries.org) and one local charity (www.SAAF.org).
