Grateful that I have mates that impact my life so positively.
Both mentally and physically!

Grateful that I can talk to these men right here about anything.

Grateful that no matter how long I haven't seen them in or trained together or even in another state but when we see each other it's like we never been apart!

Grateful for our friendship!
And how important it is to surround yourself with gentlemen like these!

The last month I participated in my very first Movember.

I reached my target of $2000 so thankyou to all who donated and took the time to help a brother out!

The reason I did movember was not only to raise awareness for men's health both mental and physical but to reflect on how lucky and important it is to surround yourselves with positive people in your life!

So thanks to these boys for bringing out the best in me and always being there when I need you!

- No matter how much I wished it was 😔

Our sweet, sweet baby Duff 👼
Today was the day Mummy & I had pre-planned to announce YOU to the world.
On the 10th of July, we found out we were graced with a Blessing from God.
Our sweet, little Duffling was due March 2022! & boy, were we excited!
A few short months later we suddenly lost our baby... Numb, distressed & lost.
I'll never forget these 5 words: "I'm sorry, there's no heartbeat!" -  Nothing prepares you for a pain like this.
Why our innocent unborn child? We never expected this to be us, but here we are...

Ti bebè,
Carried for a moment, loved for a lifetime.
I hope you know how loved you are, I wish we could have held you in our arms. I will always wonder who you would have become.
You will forever be our first little love & will always hold a place in our hearts. We may have never met you but we had seen our future with you in it & now miss you terribly our Angel.
You were simply to beautiful for earth 🌻

'Life' is meant to be celebrated no matter how long our little baby's heart beats for!
I know we're not alone in this.
We're now apart of the 'club' nobody wants to be apart of.  

For anyone who has gone through this mentally, physically & emotionally exhausting experience, I admire you. For anyone who might unfortunately have to, I am here for you 🕊

I remember back at my first Fitness Expo I saw performing an unbelievable static move called "Iron Neck" or "Neck hang".

The crowd were amazed and so was I.
Said to my self one day Im gunna do that too.

I worked hard, put in the time, the effort and now I hang beside him, doing what I thought was once impossible.

Calisthenics teaches you discipline, makes you diligent and develops this stubborn determination to unlock super human strength and break mental barriers.

I won't stop this game til the casket drop. I'll tell you that much.

When I look at you I see alot of things. my best friend, my girlfriend, my partner, my fiance, my other half, my biggest supporter, my biggest critic, but the biggest thing I see is my future!marie_
