It's always a good time when we come together to study the word 😊
Join us for our next online bible study on the topic of consecration!
During our last bible study this theme was brought up so we thought we might as well dive in and discuss.
It's going to be a good one so invite some friends!
Discipleship is a beautiful thing when executed correctly and all parties can benefit and grow
But it’s not as one dimensional as it may seem
As we go through life and grow in our faith and knowledge of God, our role in discipleship can change and grow with it
Have a read of the posts to learn more!
The disciple maker knows how to turn;
-Failures into Teachable Moments
-Mistakes into Messages
-Mishaps into Milestones
No matter where you are in you walk with Christ, having a mentor, someone who can lead, guide and walk with you through a season is so beneficial
In turn, as we learn and grow in Christ we can also have people under our own discipleship to sow into others all that we have learned
We're back with another bible study!
Our first one was amazing, so many gems were shared and we learnt a lot.
Don't miss out on this next one, we'll reveal the topic of discussion soon 😉
Details are on the post, make sure to share with a friend!
Reading the bible can be difficult, but to help you, we've provided a few tips to help make it easier. God bless you and motivate you as you commit to read His word 🙏
Don't forget that tomorrow we'll be having our bible study!

See you soon! 😊
Here is part two of methods to study the bible! If you missed part one, be sure to check the previous post.
Save the posts for later if you would like to explore a different method of bible study, and stay tuned for more!
We’re gunna be looking at studying the bible, and to begin, we’ll start with the methods we can use to study!

Happy New year!
May your joy be full this year!
May you continue to be Awakened this year to God and His plans for you!
What is God making new?
A blazing fire needs a good foundation, effective process and the right tools to keep it going..
As we end a year and start another, listening to God and recording what He has to say on this can bring closure and guidance to create that foundation.
What processes do you need to put in place to get with what God is saying?
What tools can you ask Him for to keep this going?
As we celebrate today let us be mindful of the true reason of the season... Jesus Christ.
He became human so we can be reconciled to God, praise God for our Savior, Christ the Lord!
Also let us remember to pray for those who may not have anyone this Christmas or are not able to celebrate. May God's comfort rest on them 🙏
As we are approaching Christmas let's think of ways we can give to people around us. As we do that we will be emulating our Savior who gave His life for mankind. ✨️
The wise men came and brought Jesus a present... What gift would you give to Jesus if you were there?
What gift do you give to Him now?
As Christmas approaches let's not forget the sacrifice Jesus made for us and how worthy He is of our time and devotion. ✨️
Whether you start carolling from August, or the hymns start on the 24th, December is, for most of us, the Christmas season. As the end of the year approaches, we take the time reflect on the year just past and look forward to the year ahead whilst simultaneously celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.
Some choose to celebrate December 24th or 25th while some choose not to celebrate at all. Whenever a Christian decides to celebrate, or if one elects not to celebrate His birth, we can all rejoice in the fact that, by putting on humanity, the Son of God became one of us to deal with our sin by dying in our place and conquering death when He rose from the dead.
The prophets of old proclaimed the coming of a Savior, the Anointed One or Messiah who would rescue His people. Old Testament prophecies of the birth of Jesus were revealed in the New Testament.
May we trust in His presence and love as we celebrate Christmas this year.

relationships
A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.
Ecclesiastes 4:12 NLT
It's not good for us to be alone, we can accomplish a lot with like minded people by our side. Are you someone who likes to do life alone? While it is good to be independent, it is wise for us to have people around us too. Friendships done right are sweet and will add to your life.
Who are your friends?
It's so easy to claim people as 'friends' especially out of convenience. But when things get hard, look around and see who's there, those are your real friends. They lift you up when you're down, they pray for and with you, they stick closer than a brother.

This month we're starting a new theme on relationships! Stay tuned for an exciting announcement in the next few days!
HOLD ONTO HOPE. HOLD ONTO FAITH!
If we were never allowed to walk through valleys in this life, we would never need to call on God to deliver us. The valleys of life cause us to seek God in prayer, to rally the saints around us, and to wait for God to move. And he does. It just isn’t always on our timeline.
In the gospel of John, Jesus and his disciples encountered a blind man. The disciples immediately assumed the man’s affliction was the result of sin — either the blind man’s or his parents. They asked Jesus who sinned, but Jesus gave them a response they weren’t expecting.
“Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him.” (John 9:3)
If this man had been protected from blindness, Jesus wouldn’t have had the opportunity to heal him. And because of this healing, others were able to see his power at work and put their hope and trust in him.
Many times, we don’t see the ways our stories overlap into the lives of others. But our stories are never just about us. God wants to use our stories as a living testimony of his goodness and grace, and to use them to draw others into his presence.
Don’t give up! GOD WILL HEAL, RESTORE AND USE YOU FOR HIS GLORY!
It’s that time of year again where we write down our goals and work hard to fulfil them by any means.
Through the busyness and determination of reaching these goals don’t forget to let go and let God be the author of this chapter of your life.
Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
#2023
Happy New Year everyone!
As we enter 2023 we pray that this year will be everything you desire and more.
No matter what you decide to do this year, whether you make goals or not, remember that God's plans for you are good, pleasing and perfect. He will never let you go so trust in Him.
Here's to the 2023! 🎉
Merry Christmas to you and yours!
We wish you a wonderful day as you celebrate Jesus's birth.
Jesus came down to earth in human flesh to save our human souls. He was born to die and He rose again and that's why we celebrate.
Wherever you may be this year take a moment to pause and thank God for coming down to give us eternal life.
Enjoy your day! 🥳✨️
Holiness is often discussed in church but how to be holy rarely is. James E faust's full quote enlightens us on the how:
"Holiness is the strength of the soul. It comes by faith and through obedience to God's laws and ordinances. God then purifies the heart by faith, and the heart becomes purged from that which is profane and unworthy.
When holiness is achieved BY CONFORMING TO GOD'S WILL, one knows intuitively that which is wrong and that which is right before the Lord.
Holiness speaks when there is silence, encouraging that which is good or reproving that which is wrong."
Being Holy does not mean being perfect. It is being a part of a nation which is royal, bright and supportive. Being a part of a Holy nation which doesn’t look at your past but rather helps your light brighten, helps you have a better relationship with the Father, a nation where everyone is saved by Grace and not by works.
This month we are focusing on Holiness, check out this great quote from Chris Wagner.
Sometimes we want to do things our own way but as we continue to love God we start to realise His way is really the best way.
We’re all so used to hearing that we were created in HIS image.
God’s image is not about being like Him on the outside but on the inside.
This message by Stephanie Ike transformed my way of thinking and showed me that God has placed so much inside me that needs to be shared!
The God in you should not be hidden, let Him shine through you for all to see ✨️
Transformation = Change of nature
Transforming and being the person God wants you to be is difficult to embrace, especially if we live in the past. For us to become a new creation in Christ we need to fully trust in the Lord and embrace the change.
Let go of the past, shame and guilt. We have to be intentional in our time of transformation by building a relationship with God through his word.
To be fully transformed you need to let Christ into all aspect of your lives (even the ugly sides 😉) so he can help you in all areas of life. If not how can He help you when you don’t tell him (through prayer).
The more you build the relationship the more you are convicted and then fully transformed to be who God has called you to be.
God wants us to be transformed into the best version of ourselves and sometimes that requires change. It requires leaving the old and into the new.
A new way of life
A new way of thinking
New choices
Sometimes even new people.
The new may be different but its worth it, so if you want to be transformed, take the first step and God will help you with the rest.
