Where to start with 2021? Who knows what it will bring? All we can do is focus on what we can control. If you want to take control of your health and fitness, why not try doing it the JC Way?

See you on the other side. We’ve been incredibly busy finishing our all-new on demand workout videos over the last couple of weeks and they’ll be good to go in time for a January fitness push. What’s your week looking like? Mine’s looking better than last week, which was so busy I barely had chance to breathe. This week I’ve got more time to work out, so will get four good sessions in compared to last week where I was able to do two.

That doesn’t make last week a failure - two sessions was an achievement with everything else I had going on.

I’ll see where I am at the end of the week and worry about next week then. Focus on now.

Article on Sky News today: study shows teenagers with poor diet up to 20cm shorter than other young people. My thoughts:

1. My diet must have been shocking as a child 🙈

2. Of course good nutrition is important, doesn’t mean it can’t be tasty though, hence why I made the meal builder available for free to everyone on the website. Have a look and let me know if there’s anything that gets your taste buds going?
