Hi, Nico here!

I started CHOUX DROP by pouring my personal vocation into something I loved.

Hence, CHOUX DROP's vocation is to stimulate joy through craft. Not only by seeking to create excellent products, but also by composing an atmosphere to arouse all your senses.

Unfortunately, I did not have control on the most important craft at
CHOUX DROP - the Eclairs!

After losing my talented pastry chef, I was not able to find someone that alined with the vision and craft level required.

With a busy work schedule, I decided to put the adventure on hold.

But my vocation persists, I still want to stimulate joy, create atmospheres and arouse senses.

For this, I have turned back to a craft I have control over - my music and DJ’ing! You can follow if you like cool music.

CHOUX DROP will be back!

This is Nico speaking, founder at Choux Drop - after 2 years without going back home to Paris, I’m finally getting to see my Mum, Dad, Brothers and loved ones over Christmas (if all goes well).
I’ll be sure to get loads of inspiration and come back stronger in 2022 ⚡️⚡️⚡️

A true classic… Silky vanilla cream filling, topped with a rich chocolate ganache. This eclair is perfectly balanced, so it never gets old!⠀⠀⠀⠀

⚡️Raspberry & White Choc Eclair.⠀
A fruity one… filled with a vibrant raspberry puree cream, finished with lemon juice for a citrus touch, and topped with white chocolate to smoothen the flavour. Light and bright!⠀⠀⠀

⚡️Double Choc Eclair⠀
Double decadence… balanced filling 50% dark and 50% milk chocolate cream, topped with our rich dark chocolate ganache and sprinkled with cacao nibs. This eclair’s for the real chocolate enthusiasts!⠀⠀⠀⠀
