I suck at social media.
I’m good with that. Only because I have lots of good reasons why, I’m working full time making pretty things as a graphic designer and it’s most relaxed environment I’ve ever worked in! 🙌🏻 I can’t believe I get to make digital designs all day!!!
ALSO—I am starting the second Mellie’s Sunshiny day book—just had it accepted by a new publisher!!!! This is a new route for our book and I can’t wait to see where it takes us!
And lastly, ya know, the kids, husband, house, life, listening to Kacey Musgrave’s newest album on repeat—I’m just so busy! 🤪

🦋🐞💓 SNEAK PEEK! I’m starting the illustrations for my book “Look for the butterflies”. This one is close to my heart and was written to help talk to my kids about losing people in our lives that we love. After my youngest lost her classmate in kindergarten last year, she started asking questions about death and heaven. I feel like a book like this can help bring some understanding to some hard life questions for kids. I don’t know when I’ll be finished but I can’t wait to share this project with the world. Stay tuned! 🦋💕🐞
