Chilli? (Yeah us too!) ❄️ After a practice run yesterday serving food to our lovely friends and fam, we have decided on the following (..our favourites!) opening menu next week:

🧇 Freshly made waffles with scrambled black salt tofu + smoky ‘facon’ 🥓

🫐🥣 Mixed Berry overnight oats

Lunch:

🍽🌶 Chilli served with homemade guac, salsa, smoky paprika tortillas, mature cheddar and sliced chillis to spice up 😉

😛 Charcuterie board! 5 (unbelievably tasty and equally convincing) meats.. carpaccio, salami, pastrami.. served with homemade piccalilli, gorgeous olives, seeded bread wedge and oil and balsamic!

We will have a limited amount of tables to help us cope and really appreciate your understanding during our first week while we find our feet!! 😍

👀😬🎉🥳 THE NEWS! 🌶🤪Myself and Anna are opening Bude’s FIRST fully vegan eatery together next week! 🧇🌱 Date to be confirmed so watch this space.. there’s still a lot of work to do! ☕️

🎉🥳 Excited is a huge understatement. This has been both our dreams and the whole transition to partnering from our separate businesses feels completely natural and meant to be in every way. Yes there are huge risks and it’s SUPER scary but we hope you’ll all be on board and will LOVE what we can provide!
