I've been on a journey that's not just about quitting to***co, but about embracing a healthier, happier me. Inspired by my dad, who had to quit smoking due to health reasons, I've realized the importance of making each day count.
I've said goodbye to chewing to***co in November and ci******es have not been purchased for 9 days, and I'm stepping down my ni****ne lozenge strength from 4mg to 2mg. It's not just about the health benefits; it's about the freedom and the extra $12 in my pocket every two days.
