I want to be a little vulnerable. I'm a mom of a newborn baby and this time can be so isolating. I'm tired, anxious, and I have a giant headache. Find a friend who gets it. I challenge you to FB message a mom you love and admire and start a dialogue. You don't have to fly alone!

This my family has spent time communing with coffee, our own bites and lots of about what it would be like to share in a big family ... not as productive but it sure filled my cup! What are you and your family sharing today? ☕☕

Let's do a 30ish second . Think of something that feels extra serene to you. Clear your mind and think of only that thing.
Breathe in sloooowly through your nose, deep into your belly. Hold onto it for a moment and enjoy that oxygen your body just brought you. Slowly release. Repeat twice and be peaceful.
