Hello Friends, Welcome to manu subh kicthen, Hope you are doing great. Today we will cook Dal Makhni

Ingredients:-

1:- Urad Dal - (Pulse) (1 Cup)
2:- Rajma - Rajma (1/4 cup)
3:- Pyaaz - Onion (2)
4:- Tamatar - Tomato (2)
5:- Adrak - Ginger (1 chota tukda (small piece))
6:- Lahsun - Garlic (4-5 pieces)
7:- Jeera - Cumin(1 spoon)
8:- Tez patta - Bay leaf(1)
9:- Haldi - turmeric (1 spoon)
10:- Lal Mirch - Red Chille Powder(1/4 spoon)
11:- Garam Masala - (1/2 spoon)
12:- Dhaniya pishi - Coriender Powder (2 spoon)
13:- kashmiri mirch - (1/2 spoon)
12:- hari mirch -Green chilli (2-3)
13:- Kasturi Methi patti - Fenugreek Leaves (1 spoon)
14:- Dhaniya patti- Coriender Leaves (10-23 leaves)
15:- Ghee - (1/2 cup)
16:- Butter - (1 cup)
17:- Salt to taste
