This undergraduate student group coaching program provides students with the resources and guidance to create a more balanced and wellness-centered life. Topics of discussion include creating balance between personal and school/work life, mindfulness and compassion cultivation, crisis intervention and support for self and others, and developing a wellness routine. The program consists of biweekly 90 minute Zoom sessions, and participants have access to a members-only forum with downloadable meditations, handouts, and other resources. It is an ancient practice that has gained popularity in recent years due to the growing awareness of its many benefits. These benefits include enhanced mental clarity, improved emotional regulation, and increased psychological resilience.

The free 30-mindfulness challenge offered by Ubuntu Educational Services and facilitated by Richard Williams with Delenta allows participants to learn and practice mindfulness in manageable chunks over the course of 30 days. Through this challenge, participants will build a solid foundation in mindfulness and be able to apply it to their daily lives. The challenge offers online guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, and reflection prompts that help participants to deepen their understanding of mindfulness. Participants also have the opportunity to connect with other participants and receive support from Richard Williams throughout the challenge.
