What is earthing? Earthing can help us regenerate and heal.
Earthing (also known as grounding), refers to our contact with the Earth's surface.
It is said to bring a sense of peace and well-being, in a world overrun with electronic devices and the energy fields they create.
It is vital that we recognise the significance of the soil now we’re losing touch with it.
The benefits of earthing come from direct physical contact with the vast supply of electrons on the surface of the Earth.
