It’s cultivated around the world for its edible fruit, which is considered a staple in many types of Asian cuisine.
The Chinese variety is typically long, pale green, and covered with wart-like bumps.
On the other hand, the Indian variety is more narrow and has pointed ends with rough, jagged spikes on the rind.
In addition to its sharp flavor and distinct appearance, bitter melon has been associated with several impressive health benefits.

SUPER SOFT CHICKEN CHEESE BREAD ROLLS.
Ingredients:
350 g flour
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
2 eggs
200 ml) milk
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
1 tablespoon of butter
Boiled chicken
Cheese according to taste
Coconut flour
Directions:
Mix flour with coconut, eggs, milk, dry yeast and work into a loaf. Add the butter and work again for 10 minutes, then let rise until it doubles.
Cut the dough and divide it into equal portions, form the rolls while chicken and cheese and let them rest for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the coconut flour over the dough and bake at 180°C for 15 to 18 minutes, also insert a bowl of water. Cover the rolls with aluminum foil and let them sit for another 5 minutes.
