I don't talk about seaweed as much as i should - it really is amazing!
I don't live by the sea so I buy really high quality seaweed from a trusted supplier. This way I know that it's come from areas that are not polluted and has been harvested in a respectful and sustainable way.
It makes your skin really soft and is very protective of the skin barrier - great for this time of year when we have the cold, wet and windy weather.

You will find it in the hand balm, the facial serum and the face moisturiser. All available online at

This is proving to be a very popular product for ladies who are forty and over -there is something very luxurious about the feel of this serum and the lovely combination of plants which both tone and soften your skin at the same time. Serums give a really concentrated form of nourishment and they lock the moisture in to your skin so that you maximise the impact of your moisturiser. This absorbs in to the skin really easily and just leaves the beautiful scent of Rose.

The serum is available to buy as a single product for Β£20 or within the facial collection which includes the face cream, face serum and a cleanser for Β£60 offering an overall saving of Β£7.
Available from the online store here www.naturallygrownhealth.co.uk/shop

As with all products in the range, this is
Free from fragrances and synthetic chemicals (which impact on hormones)
Handmade by Amy in small batches in Worcestershire, UK
Created using high quality, sustainable ingredients
Created using plants chosen for their specific qualities
Suitable for sensitive skin

The inflammation cycle. I use this to explain the role of inflammation to clients who have come to me for help with their acne but its actually useful for many skin conditions because so many are linked to (excess) inflammation in the body.

As a skin Nutritionist, i delve much deeper than 'cutting out' certain foods or labelling some foods as 'good' or 'bad'. There is so much more to it than that.
Can you see from the diagram how there are so many influencing factors?

That's why cutting out dairy for example might help to improve your acne for a bit, but then it just comes back again (because you have not addressed what is really going on).

If you are looking for support with your acne or other skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis, book a free call for a chat about how i can help via my website www.naturallygrownhealth.co.uk or send me a direct message.
