Miguel and I express our frustration in such different ways. We're both working on improving our communication, and Miguel has helped me so much over the years to be a better communicator. I used to give silent treatments, bottle things up, or just hold a grudge. I've gotten so much better over the last few years. Whereas Miguel has always been pretty calm when we argue, and it honestly amazes me how he can communicate. How do you and your partner argue?
