Rod had a bit part in a crowd scene in The Great Race in 1965….they used many regional celebrities in the film as part of their advertising campaign.
He also attended the world premier, walking the red carpet and meeting the stars of this classic comedy.
Quick Draw McGraw, Huckleberry Hound and the rest of the Hanna-Barbera gang were staples for many years on the show….

Rod was associated with Chuck E Cheese for decades and when he stopped by one of their locations, it was like the Beatles arriving in America for the first time! A mass of happy, excited kids.
