It has been a long time since I did anything competitive. I choose the Sparten Beast In Hua HIn Thailand (21k/30 obstacles) because I had never done anything like this before. It was a challenge and working as a team with 2 other Sparten racers made all the difference. 1st for my age, 2d for open category (women) 7th woman overall.
I was really happy and very sore. I still stand by the practice: set a goal, prepare and hope for the best! In support of your next goal! Laurie
