Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:

Macaroni - 220 g
Smoked sausage - 350 g
Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Hard cheese - 100 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Milk - 0.5 cups
Chicken broth - 2 glasses
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
Ground pepper - to taste
Salt to taste

Cooking:

1. Cut the sausage into slices, garlic with onions - finely.
2. Put the prepared sausage, onion and garlic into the hot oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes until the sausage is lightly browned.
3. Cut the tomatoes, pour boiling water for 40 seconds, then cold water, quickly clean. Cut finely prepared tomatoes, spread in sausage.
4. Add milk, broth, dried pasta, salt and pepper. Mix.
5. Stew pasta with sausage under the lid over low heat for 12-14 minutes, until the pasta is soft.
6. Sprinkle the flavored pasta with grated cheese, remove from heat and cover for 2 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve delicious pasta immediately.

SWALLOW PIES

Ingredients:

- 2 yolks
- 1 cup sour cream
- 200 g of margarine or butter (I used butter)
- 0.5 kg of flour

Cooking:

1. Melt the butter on the stove, cool, mix two yolks and a glass of sour cream in a saucepan, add the melted butter, stir, then add the flour and knead the elastic, plastic, soft dough. It should lie in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. After half an hour we take out the dough, roll and fold in half, roll and fold in half. Do not be lazy - do this procedure several times. The more you roll and fold, the more layered the dough will be.
2. While the dough is cooling, we make the filling. You can use any filling: boiled eggs with green onions, for example, but I like the meat filling the most. Fry two large onions, minced meat, pepper, seasonings, garlic, greens at the end. Juicy, tasty filling is obtained!
3. Roll out, cut out a large square, divide it into 4 approximately identical squares.
4. Fold, pinch, you can roll with a roller for greater credibility))
5. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes at 180-190 *. Or grilled, as I did.

Shawarma at home

Ingredients:

600 g - chicken
200 g - sour cream not oily
2 tbsp - mayonnaise
2 packs of thin Armenian lavash
2 tbsp - seasonings for chicken
2 pcs. - fresh cucumber
2 pcs. - tomato
1/2 medium iceberg lettuce
1/2 head of Beijing cabbage
1 PC. celery stalk
4 things. - radish
1 PC. - Bulgarian sweet pepper
green onions, parsley, dill, garlic, salt.

Cooking:

First, cut the chicken into strips and fry in a pan with vegetable oil / s.
Sprinkle with spices and salt.
In the meantime, wash and prepare our vegetables for slicing.
We shred the Beijing cabbage, and tear the Iceberg salad with our hands.
Dice cucumbers, tomato, pepper, celery stalk.
Greens: dill, parsley, chopped onion finely chopped. Garlic grated on a fine grater. Sour cream, mayonnaise mixed, added all the greens, mixed.
Now mix the cooled fried fillet with vegetables, add our sauce, mix well.
Pita bread was cut in half so that vegetables could be wrapped.
We spread the vegetables on the edge, first we fold them with an envelope, and then twist them into rolls.

We spread it on a dish and decorate it as desired.
I have radish roses, cucumber leaves. A few feathers of green onions, parsley and Korean carrots.

Delicious puff salad

1st layer: boiled potatoes, grated on a coarse grater
2nd layer: green onions
3rd layer boiled eggs grated
4th layer: pickled champignons
5th layer: diced ham
6th layer: boiled carrots, grated
7th layer: cream cheese and some Dutch
Grease all layers with mayonnaise. Salt the vegetables.

I prepare such blanks every autumn. I use it until the new crop. It is very convenient, in winter you will get such a bag in borscht and in cabbage soup indispensable seasoning. And what a flavor! Super blanks!

Freezing
▪1 kg bell pepper
▪1 kg tomatoes
▪1 kg carrots
▪1 kg of onions
▪Green: parsley, dill, onions (large bunch)

Rub carrots on a coarse grater, tomatoes, pepper,
cut the onion into cubes, add finely chopped greens!

I have been doing this for several years, a very necessary dressing for soups, borsch and for stewing meat. Tomatoes do not turn into porridge, juice does not spill, greens do not deteriorate. All this in winter gives a pleasant aroma, taste and color to dishes. Freeze immediately after slicing, it is good if there is a vacuum apparatus in order to expel air, with minimal stirring.

We lay out the packages! I buy packages on a lock for 1 liter. I put it in packets and pressed it down so that the air came out. I wrote the date on the bags and in the freezer!
One package for 2 times.
But such a refueling can be added everywhere.

Do you remember rice milk porridge from kindergarten? Not every chef will cook such a delicious! Each cereal has its own cooking tricks: some are better to soak overnight, and some boil for only a couple of minutes. And today we will reveal the secrets of delicious cereals from popular cereals.
Tricks for making delicious cereals

To get rich and tender rice milk porridge, bring 1 liter of milk to a boil, add salt and sugar to taste, then pour 1 cup. washed round rice. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and wrap. After 30 minutes, the porridge is ready to eat!

Buckwheat can be soaked overnight, and in the morning it is enough to change the water, rinse it and bring to a boil. The classic recipe for cooking buckwheat without soaking: you need to take one part of buckwheat and two parts of water, bring to a boil, remove from heat and wrap for 15 minutes.

Oatmeal will be softer and tastier if cooked in the evening and left before breakfast. At 8 tbsp. l cereal need to take 1 liter of milk, bring to a boil, remove from heat and wrap. In the morning, you just need to warm up the porridge.

Ingredients:
Stuffing - 1/2 kg
Milk - 2.5 tbsp
Hot water -1.5 st
Pasta - half packs (gr 100)
Corn starch - 1 tbsp.spoon (optional)
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Cheese - gr 50-100 (rub)
Favorite spices - paprika, black pepper, hot pepper, sunli hops - to choose from

Cooking:

Minced meat is fried over medium heat until cooked, drain excess fat.
Add the pasta, milk, water, starch, garlic and spices that you’ve chosen and mix.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook for 10-12 minutes. It’s important not to digest pasta.
Add the grated cheese and mix.

This salad is very hearty and delicious.
