The Pranic Body (the eight body in Kundalini Yoga) is the part of you that brings life force and energy to your system. When it's strong, you feel fearless, vital and having enough energy to reach your goals. 💢
When it is out of balance, you may have constant low-level anxiety and fatigue, and you might try to get energy from food or stimulants.

The Aura.
This is body number 7 in kundalini yoga. It is the electromagnetic field that surrounds you. It is like an invisible shield.
When it is strong, it protects you from the emotional environment around you. For instance, you might be around someone with very negative thinking pattern and attitude, and a strong Aura won't allow this negativity to affect you and the security in your presence will uplift them.
On the opposite side, when your Aura is weak, you will lack trust and attract negativity from people and situation. This can also affect your physical body and bring illness.
Having regular meditative practices is one of the way to keep your Aura strong.

The Arcline is a part of yourself, according to Kundalini yoga phylosophy.
The Arcline represent your projection and it gives you the ability to focus. Associated with the pituitary gland, the Arcline regulates your nervous system and glandular balance, so that you can use your intuition in your daily life without shutting down your heart. This cannot happen when your system is unregulated and you live in survival mode.
To keep the Arcline in balance, awaken your Third Eye point through healthy lifestyle, breathwork, and meditating daily for at least 31 minutes.

The Physical Body is your fifth body, according to Kundalini Yoga.
Your Physical Body is your temple in this life, and allows you to make sacred what comes to you. It gives you the ability to keep in balance different parts of your life and to follow your purpose. When the fifth body is weak, there might be an imbalance between your inner and outer world; and you might feel angry, jealous or ungrateful.
To keep your Physical Body strong and able to sustain the other part of yourself, is all about balance: balance in your diet and exercise, balance in work, play and rest, balance in you body and mind. And also, help others to stay in balance.

The Neutral Mind is one of 10 parts that according to kundalini Yoga you are made of.
🔹 Your Neutral (or Meditative) Mind evaluate information coming from the Positive and Negative Mind and gives you guidance. It allows you to listen to your intuition and follow your inner light. When your Neutral Mind is weak, you might find difficult making decisions. You might not know how to integrate your past experiences and find meaning in them and for this reason you might have the habit of feeling attacked. You might find hard seeing beyond polarities of life.
One of the purposes of mediation is to develop your Neutral Mind. My students are enjoying being part of a group daily meditation to experience the benefit of this practice . Practicing everyday for a minimum of 40 days allows you to face the resistance coming from your subconscious.

✨ The Negative Mind is one of 10 parts that according to Kundalini Yoga you are made of.
🔹Your Negative Mind give you awareness of the surrounding and assess potential dangers. This part also instills in you a longing to belong, which drives you to meaningfully connect and listen to your intuition. The boundaries you set to protect your wellbeing and mental health, help keeping your Negative Mind in balance.
In what ways are you protecting your wellbeing?
Kundalini yoga is an ancient tool to support you being the best version of yourself. To keep your mind engaged, the class include different styles of breathing, movements, meditations and mantras. All together these elements work on your physical, mental and energetic self, so that all the parts of yourself can benefit from this practice.
You might feel insecure in starting a new practice (I have been there before) so feel free to ask me any question that might pop up in your mind.
What to expect in each class:
- Tune in with opening mantra
- Warm up or mindful breathing
- Kriya (series of exercises)
- Deep relaxation
- Meditation
- Closing mantra
You are not expected to do anything you don't want to do during the class, and you are encouraged to listen to your body and do what feels right for you. And because Kundalini yoga is about your inner experience and works on your inner energy, this is a hands-off practice, you won't be physically touched by the instructor during the practice.
Yoga mat and blanket are provided or you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. It is suggested to bring a cushion to sit on if you are uncomfortable sitting on the mat (few chairs are also available).

🔹Your Soul Body encourages you to balance "heart over mind". When you just rely on your intellect, you might be stuck in your head and not be able to access your life purpose or find your life meaning. Connecting to your heart, it will give you access to inner guidance and wisdom and a new creative flow will develop from within.

How many times have you said "I need to find myself" or "I don't know who I want to be".
This is what you you says when you are disconnected from your inner self, from your true self, from your soul. And your ego is in charge. And your ego is very good at following physical, short term, instant gratification, which however does not last for long , and soon you will start looking for the next thing that will make you feel good.
And your ego is also very good at people pleasing, avoiding discomfort and rejection and keep you "safe". And if you keep following your ego, your self disappear.
Life fulfillment can only come when you act according to your authentic self and follow your purpose.
