I was thinking about why we as humans always think we have to prove something to others. Are we proving to others how good behaved little children we are & do what is being told? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Let's stop comparing ourself to others. Measuring oneself by what someone else is doing, is simply EXHAUSTING. Also when you add in another person’s or group’s ideals about how you should live your life or what defines health, success and happiness, it would be a story of losing every time. This is far from ideal and it leads more often to more misery & separation than to happiness. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2: because you live by your OWN standards.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3: because your value is not depended on external validation.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4: because as long as you are doing your best all the time, you're doing well. (be more kind to yourself for taking inSpired Action)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5: because you know damn well what’s best for You. (listen to your inner voice)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6: because you know better than anyone else what you are capable of. (don't let others tell you what you can or can't do in life)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7: because you have the right to define happiness on your own terms. (what makes you happy can be something totally different for someone else)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
8: because you do the things that makes you happy and fulfilled and contribute to the world around you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

ॐ Let Go, love.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's funny that the things I share as a mentor and guide are always a so called "Note to Self". In this way I am my Authentic Self. I'm just here to give you an insight in my life and from that point - we can experience, evolve, expand and elevate together.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As an apprentice of the Sacred Plants I can say; the main teaching is: SURRENDER to the process. This involves 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 and making the actual 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦 to let go. And in order to do surrender, you don't have to do anything. Surrendering is the 𝘈𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨. Then you will release the need to hold on; you will release resistance. When you let go of that, only then will there be room for new things to come into your reality.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This practice is so important and it is has been a red thread through my life. I experienced the theme "Letting go" intensively in the last 3 years. I had to let go of the most significant men in my life. In absolute unconditional love I had to let go of my dad who passed away in 2018 and I went through a divorce. It feels as if it is a big vicious circle where I come back to a point and realise; This point we've already seen right? I already dealt with this. And then I come to the conclusion that the process is actually a 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘭. Deepening. And a mourning process in all cases. As if the Universe is saying: Ok, darling, you thought you got it right? Let's see if you can practice what you've learned this time too, but now for real so you don't have to come back to this point again.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And I'm not downplaying this for anyone going through tough times. It can be very exhausting, sad and it can keep you unnecessarily in a place where you don't belong. See that, know that and go through it all. Shine the light on these themes. Spirit knows and sees all of you. You are not alone. And when you let go, it is YOU who will be found & cherished. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Belief is Source's/Universe's/God's etc. kind of faith. It’s the faith that believes first. For belief makes things happen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

ॐ I am often asked about my Spiritual Journey; ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My interest in spiritual matters increased in my teenage years. I was super intrigued by the "paranormal" and as crazy as it may sound; Nothing was unknown to me. But growing up was far from easy for me. I experienced life as hard. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
After years of being so far away from my true self, my bucket was full. I was so far removed from my soul purpose that I found myself in a “Burn-out” at the age of 30 - 7 years ago. Although I didn't know exactly why this 'happened to me', I knew it wasn't for nothing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
During this period I was introduced to the loving power and healing effect of Madre Ayahuasca. Thanks to the insights and lessons learned from Madre Ayahuasca & the Master Plants it was time, to grow at the speed of light and experience what I had forgotten and repressed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I soon remembered who and what I am, that life is full of miracles. I remembered the light and the immense love from which we were created. That memory gave me "myself" back. So all my trials and tribulations were actually blessings in disguise. So cliche, but so true! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The reason why I have chosen as a soul to come here on earth is first to EXPERIENCE life. Secondly, to let my light shine and to assist myself and others in their healing and growth processes. I don't talk about this often, but the reason why I started 𝐃𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐬𝐚 𝐍𝐨𝐦𝐚 is what keeps me going through the tough times (*COUGH* emotional rollercoasters, not knowing my worth, unsecurities, just walking the path of unknowingness*COUGH*) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So gather round the proverbial fire, loves. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This Soul business is literally an extension of myself where I can share all my insights I gained / remembered through working with the Sacred Plants. Yes, together with my outstanding team, I have already facilitated a few thousand people, helped and assisted them in their healing processes during Ayahuasca ceremonies, retreats and Master Plant Dietas. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So you can imagine that I also have lots of conversations with many people. But the main subject was actually not only about how to prepare for an inner journey and guidance during their integration period. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I noticed that the majority of the people I spoke to, were completely out of alignment and lacked a sense of direction in what their purpose is. They have no clue what they are here to do on earth as a human being let alone how to be of service to others. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, as a bridge between the shamanic worlds & the modern western society I also assist them in the Awakening process, help them Align & Activate. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It is impossible to imagine an awakened life without it: 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯g a.k.a. working from your True Nature, completely in Alignment with your Soul. When I realised that, I made it part of my mission to also guide (upcoming) Soulpreneurs to help them remember their True North, their Unique Greatness to inspire and serve others in their own way. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A soulpreneur is someone who is guided from inner guidance and intuition to express the Higher Self in life & business in Alignment to their Soul Purpose.
I guide (upcoming) Soulpreneurs find their Soul Purpose and True Message with a combination of inner work and commitment.
In the past I was so confused how I could be spiritual and do business at the same time. Then I found out that it’s actually my unique greatness and that everything is spiritual to begin with. When I put the both parts together, the real magic happens: it makes me a SOULPRENEUR.

➵ Most of the stress I have experienced came from the way I responded.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It has never been about the way life was. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Through adjusting my attitude and the way I was seeing things, I truly began to notice I can perceive life as it is. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With working with the Sacred Plants and a big decalcification of the Pineal gland made sure of that ;)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Letting go of all the extra stress, worrying and overthinking is a process... and go easy on yourself. But you need to take action when you truly want to change.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I started to look for the teachings in every experience and attract new opportunities to grow.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And yes, growing involves growing pains from time to time, but I took this as an indication I'm on the right track.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I believe that changing your inner world is the first step to see the results in your outer world.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Being very honest about where you are standing right now and get very clear about where you want to go.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then I thought about the habits or activities that were not in alignment with my desired outcome.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When I knew what I didn't want anymore (stress, sadness, feeling stuck etc.) I began to write down what I DO wanted for myself; clear mind, focus and feeling great about myself.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So I began to write down on the left side of a piece of paper where I found myself in the moment.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then on the right side where I wanted to be physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I recognized that as soon as I put some awareness to my state... I could choose to change it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I'm not the manager of my circumstances. I am the creator of my life. This is what gave me my life back.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

➵ This is how it started for me...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Two years ago I allowed myself to dream about all that I wanted for my future... a few ideas popped up. Never knowing how exactly I would bring it into reality, but the image was so clear... it felt so real... that it kinda felt scary (more exciting though). I saw myself and my team in Peru... working together with our maestro and facilitating retreats and dietas. But the money was not there yet. Everyday I wrote on my bathroom wall in the shower (steam) : "Healing Center in Peru with Sany Meny." 1,5 years later after the dieta with participants I had the possibility to invest in building the center for real. I believed it and trusted the Universe the money would come to help me to start. I put in the action of course... but I did it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Are you able to have this crystal clear VISION for yourself, for your life? Do you know where you want to go?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

➵ Working with Ayahuasca has taught me many things and if there's one thing that really applies to this post; no matter how many times you have been in ceremony... it doesn't make you any superior or less than somebody else. We are all students...even my Maestro is a student and forever will be. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This is such an interesting topic, because what makes us heal? When I sing the icaros (healing songs) in ceremony, everything is connected through the intention to bring forward "sanacion y curacion". The intention to bring healing forward. It's a mental state / creation thing.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But when does healing takes place?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In life we endure lots and lots of trauma's, 'big and small'. Our system (protection so to speak of) has the tendency to put it away, distort or generalize because the traumatic experience was too painful and shocking. Plant medicine and varies of therapy can help you put an awareness on the trauma or bring it to the surface which gives us an opportunity to be seen, felt through and acknowledged. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

➵ Why is it important to prepare well for a Sacred Circle?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In this phase (preparation) you will dedicate yourself to make your temple (body & mind) as clean as possible. By putting yourself in the position of the student you'll be open to receive the healing, the insights and teachings. Working with the Sacred Plants is something SACRED and it shows respect for them as well as for yourself to be serious about your approach. It's not something you do just randomly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In this start-up process you may already see, feel or hear certain themes. Certain themes can thus be magnified. This only requires to put awareness on it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Unconsciously the process is already in full swing and you will be prepared to start the journey. It is all part of it and it is all good.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

➵ I needed to do let this quote sink in a little and I have to say that the (negative) opinions of others have less and less impact on me lately. ...but I feel still vulnerable because of deeper inner processes. This doesn't mean I'm not open to listen to another's perspective. I feel happy with myself (most of the time).. and yes there's always room for growth..and at the same time I know who I am.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

But how so? When I'm fully honest about this, I must say that NOT the opinion of others can make me feel ashamed or not good enough or whatever... My OWN thoughts can make me feel a certain way. So whenever I feel less than 'good' ... I trigger myself into examine my own thoughts and get them straight again. I call this process re-aligning my thoughts. It can be a challenge, but otherwise life would not be interesting right?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

➵ Let's talk about making choices through inSpiration and acting upon it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ufff!! Weird isn't it that we sometimes feel so insecure about a lot of things. Especially when it comes to decision making. We tend to think we need to pick one thing and stick with it for the rest of our lives. I have to admit that this was one of my pitfalls. At the same time I get constantly inspired to create new things and have multiple ideas. This turned into a big cloud full of ideas, but no actual concrete 'plans'. As a result, I exhibited enormous procrastination and later I saw that someone on the other side of the world took off with 'my idea'. Ouch.. but at the same time.. meh.. maybe it was not for me anyways. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Funny actually, this has happened to me a few times now... and I take it as; Apparently the Universe gave me that particular inspiration, but I chose not to act upon it... so it is already manifested somewhere in my 'vortex' and somebody else got the same inspiration and made the opposite choice to manifest it into reality. It feels as if the Universe says: "Oh.. here you have an idea.. Me: "Uhm.. **doubting** ..put it a side... Universe: "Oh, you do not align with it fully? Ok NEXT! Who is up for some good inSpiration now? Ohh.. you there... on the other side of the world.. Here you go love." Me:"Oh F." Does this sounds familiar to you?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Each and everyday we make choices. Not making a choice is still a choice. It's up to you.. and everything you decide for your Highest Good depends on the following question:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

➵ Yes yes... I admit.. I can be a thinker too. My mind can be a Busy Bee.. Especially in daily life and in countless ceremonies where I’ve been told by Madre Ayahuasca and the Master Plants to be quiet and to just shut up. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My mind was constantly asking questions on how life works, who and what I am, what my purpose is, am I really cut out for this path, what does this or that mean.... and so on.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When Madre told me last time to be quiet (lol) she let me experience what kind of answers and information is actually in the here and now... you literally can tap into that part. FOR REAL. What I experience in the silence is not easy to describe but if I have to put words on it, it comes close to; pure love, loving light, messages and ongoing activations provided by Dios and the highest frequencies. In these moments of silence I feel aligned with my Self, my own inner guidance, with Dios... and with the Whole. It feels like absolute serenity.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fortunately Madre doesn’t have judgement towards me or any other participant, she simply knows how humans are wired. Like a patient mother she encourage us to perceive beyond our conception of our well known reality. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is only possible when we can perceive in Unity. Let all your senses work for you... without putting labels on everything and just experience the present moment. Which is actually the only moment in time we can experience ;) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
