Client called last week and said they noticed a drip of water in their light fixture, I performed an attic inspection and unfortunately didn't have good news to report as I discovered a significant leak and mold!! Spent that afternoon/evening on the roof making sure no water could make it into the house causing more damage. Roof will be stripped and replaced this spring/summer.

Custom access door for crawlspace, landing pad, stairs and lights were desperately desired by my clients for storage purposes as well as keeping the mess out of the house when servicing thier furnace, turned out great and they are thrilled with the end product. (Owners responsible for painting)

Had some fun honeing in my cabinet skills, I dont always build custom cabinets but I like to operate on being able to handle whatever comes my way. Was able to button up a few random tasks as well making for a happy client.
