Day of the Dead, or Día de Mu***os, is a celebration that honors the dead and is more about healing than sadness. It's a time to remember loved ones who have passed away and to be happy that their spirits are with us

It's time for our annual walk! Breakthrough T1D (formally JDRF) is holding its Southern CT annual fundraising walk on Saturday, September 28th at Savin Rock Park in West Haven. New this year is a Pizza Truck for all walkers!

You can donate as a club donation or individual to the 23A team, just do the following once you click the link:
- Select "Donate"
- Select "Donate to a Team"
- Type for team name: "23A Lions" and click on the Team link
- Then select "Make a General Team Donation" (can be done as a club donation or individual)
We'll be supporting the walk this year with a 23A coloring and activities table and large yard games. Let Lion Carol know if you want to walk or spend a portion of the day manning our table - Thank you in advance!
