Day 8:-Cross trainers are the exercise machine that combines the capacity of a bike, stair climber, and treadmill, a cross-trainer gives you an absolute workout. You can lose loads of calories, improve your physical strength, and maintain your fitness routine.

Day 5:- Breathing techniques

Day 3:- Extended my time on the Treadmill (20 minutes) and Elliptical (10 minutes).
Fact Time:-
The benefits of an elliptical machine:-
1. Helps you boost your stamina and cardio capacity.
2. Helps you burn a lot of calories.
3. Put less stress on your joints.
4 Get both an upper and lower body workout.
5. Helps you burn body fat.
6. Helps you target specific leg muscles.
7. Improve your balance.

Day 2:- It was raining and jog was not an option. So started with some Gym time. If there is no gym, try steps at your home or even basic walk at home. Was lucky enough as rains stopped by mid day and I did warm up before the Gym time.
Keep moving and start with not more than 30 minutes.

Day 1:- New beginnings- morning jog. 🏃‍♀️
