Do you have an affirmation or mantra? I have two. First one is my most repeated. "Everyday is a great day to be Mitch." I say this one about 20 times a day. The other one is normally just for me. I look and the mirror and remind myself of something. "You can't beat me!" What's your affirmation or mantra?
