Ok let’s talk back to school recipes!
I struggle with making a meal plan for the week. I’m a super picky eater so share with me some quick weeknight meals please!
Last night I made some delicious enchilidas!

🌮They were a bit spicy but so good! I added taco seasoning to the beef, salt and pepper, hot enchilidas sauce and Colby Jack cheese. I used white corn tortillas and added mild enchilida sauce and green enchilidas sauce and topped with more cheese. They are so yummy!
