Hello Friends and Family: Some of you know that yesterday, I was voted in as one of 3 new Executive Presbyters of the Assemblies of God. The people seated in the center seats are all all AG Executive Leadership Team members (to my left, Executive Director US Missions, General Secretary, General Superintendent, Assistant General Superintendent, General Treasurer and Executive Director World Missions.)

During my acceptance speech yesterday, I mentioned that I am a son of the city of Milwaukee, who grew up in 53206; the product of a praying mother. She taught me great lessons, including service and humility, which are the keys to greatness and the grace of God. I am a product of His grace and I stand on the shoulders of giants who served before me. I am elected to represent the entire General Council of pastors and churches but especially on behalf of the nearly 44% ethnic minorities and 24 ethnic fellowships that are in the AG. It has always been the heart of God that His family live the great commandment and include every tongue, tribe and nation. (Revelation 7:9).

I am also still privileged to serve on a wonderful team as the President of the National Black Fellowship. Our newest initiative is the WI+H Movement (with.city). This a disciple making movement to transform every city’s pain points, activating Christ followers who live and work in urban marginalized communities. Join the WI+H MVMT at with.city
