Eating well can play a significant role in managing the symptoms of multiple sclerosis (MS). While there is no specific diet that's universally recommended for MS, here are a few tips.
Balanced Diet: Aim for a balanced diet that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats.
Anti-Inflammatory Foods: Consume foods rich in antioxidants (e.g., berries, dark leafy greens) and those high in omega-3 fatty acids (e.g., salmon) to reduce inflammation.
