📅 It was actually a few tweets sent on the morning of Tuesday 14th May 2019, that really gave us the incentive.

😍 We both love retro football shirts, both wanted to be involved in football, but we didn't know where to start.

⚽️ These tweets set the ball rolling, Roots Retro was born!

3⃣ years in and we think the time is right to introduce ourselves...

🙃 Unfortunately we aren't Paul Roots and Dave Retro!

🫡 But, we are seasoned pro's in our own field.

For us, seeing these posts is the best part about what we do - it's our 'why'.

💶 More importantly however, is the money we raised for the Sligo Rovers Supporters Trust and it's intended use.

🤩 Big game tonight for Sligo Rovers as they take on Motherwell in the Europa Conference League!

Rovers are 1-0 up from the first leg, fingers crossed they get the job done 🤞🏻

ℹ This shirt was a difficult one, from the 90s stripes to a collar you're unlikely to see again... the reaction from the Rovers fans was top drawer, we got it spot on 👌🏻
