2024 Designer of the Year 🪡

This year, Deanna McNally was awarded Designer of the Year! The award was chosen by a panel of industry professionals who evaluated the 20 senior designers’ collections at their senior thesis presentations.

Deanna’s collection, titled “Collageable,” was created by piecing together different upcycled materials from Marist Fashion’s own design studios. Using collage techniques and textile manipulations, this streetwear collection consists of unique garments that bring sustainability to the forefront of fashion design. This bold collection with convertible pieces, like a jacket that can turn into a tote bag, showcases Deanna’s eye for detail and appreciation for beautifully handcrafted pieces.
