Norah earned MVP for her performance on the mound today and her team finished 2nd in the tourney! Way to go Norah!

As we gear up for the fall season, remember that an athletes mental toughness is just as important as their physical game.

Since February I have been working with athletes virtually who play all different sports (softball, golf, basketball, gymnastics, baseball, soccer, vb, etc.) listening and teaching them different strategies to improve their mindset!

If you see your daughter or son struggle with confidence, recovering from mistakes, not enjoying playing competition that is equal or better than them, please reach out or get them signed up for some sessions!

Good luck to Lillie, Ella, and Jett as they head off to the Iowa State Tournament. The Warriors will face Pleasant Valley at 12:15p tomorrow! Go get ‘em!!

Lillie Struck has had a great season and continues to get stronger as the stakes get higher. She’s a 2026 P from Waukee, Iowa. Throws 58mph FB, Change (44), curve, rise and screwball.

She’ll be in Fort Dodge next week. Make sure to put her on your watchlist!

Shape Up Athletes Lillie, Ella, and Jett have had a great season for the Waukee Warriors and it continues tonight in Ankeny for the Regional Championship. These three athletes are not only talented but great teammates and competitors!!! Good luck tonight!! Bring home a winner!!!
