With a heavy heart and mixed emotions, I share this update with you today. Due to some health issues, I have made the difficult decision to step away from playing volleyball. 💔 This decision was not easy, but I believe it's necessary for my well-being at this time.

🙏🏐I decided to share it with you because I know many of you have followed my volleyball adventures closely, and I truly appreciate your interest.

For now, I'm uncertain if I'll be able to play again in the future. It's a challenging reality to accept, but I remain positive and hopeful. Life is unpredictable, and we must adapt to new circumstances with resilience. 🌟

Though I can't participate in high-impact sports at the moment, I'm exploring other activities that align with my health requirements. If you have any suggestions, please share them with me. Your input is valuable! 🌱

In the meantime, I urge you to cherish the present and appreciate the opportunities you have. Embrace every chance to be active, pursue your passions, and find joy in the activities you love. Life is a precious gift, and we must make the most of it. ✨

📈There are studies show that during spine flexion we create conditions for better flow of nutrients in to area of ​​intervertebral discs💿💿💿

📑At the same time, in other studies, we can find information that during such movements a huge pressure is applied to the intervertebral discs, which does not have a beneficial effect on them.

Let's imagine a sandwich🥪

Two pieces of bread with thick layer of butter or jelly in between. If you squeeze the sandwich on one side, we will see how the jelly is squeezed out🤷🏽‍♂️
