Yesturday I had gamon pasta and made some for lunch today to with boiled egg and light Mayo
Back and this time I’m weighing out my food to get correct portion sizes to do the correct amount of calories I will keep uploading as I go along # # #
As u no my son broke his bloody leg I’ve been of plan but im comming back and im gonna smash it and do this I’ve got some info from a loved one that’s helping me understand portions and weights and comalories more so as soon as im back we will smash this and be in a better place mentally and physically 💕

Had yummy salmon tonight
I’ve been naughty today and eaten some bread and chocolate it’s not been the best day emotionally eating I think and didn’t have the will power to fight to cravings but we will see first thing how well we have all done for our first weeeekkkk and who the winner will be but no cheating guys want a video of u stepping on the scales I will do mine if I’m honest don’t feel like I’ve lost nothing but I’m bloated as come Saturday it’s my miss monthly visit and I always gain 2-3lb # # #
That’s today only had a walk with baby and the dog giving my legs a rest as they started swelling from treadmill my body don’t hold water very well because I don’t drink enough so I swell when I start and my body hold water 💦 till it looks like it gonna burst lol only take a few weeks to get into the hang of a new routine tho xx

Made these little beauty’s tonight with my Finley pops cos it’s nearly time of the month and I get the biggest craving for chocolate 🍫
But these work out 74 calories a bit came to 1797
Cut it up into 24 squares
3 tbs of golden syrup
30g of mini marshmellows
120g of aldi rice crispy
A whole bar of ALDIs cooking chocolate
90g of raisins
Melt the chocolate mix it togther and enjoy a slice with a cuppa tea !!!!!!!

We’re having fruit and scrambled egg with 20g cheese a huge handful of spinach 1/4 of a white onion 5 slices of wafer ham chopped and 5 chestnut mushrooms diced 3 eggs n 120milk of skimmed milk for breakfast

Tonight dinner is lamb in minted gravy a s**t load of veg and some baby potatoes in a garlic butter and I did have another 88calorie chocolate ice cream cos I got a sweet tooth today !!!!!!
