Yesterday was rainy and cool-a good day for cooking and baking. I gave my cooking blender a workout making peanut butter (I just reused the Smuckers jar), applesauce and then cauliflower cheese soup for dinner.
Also whipped up a double batch of oatmeal chocolate chips cookies and an apple pie. I am really liking the baking mat-love using it to roll out pie crusts. Very easy clean up.
Today I am going to try the bread proofing function on my quick cooker and a rotisserie chicken in my air fryer for dinner.

GARLIC PRESS!

Stop eating minced garlic from a jar! Eating fresh garlic is so much healthier, not to mention cheaper. Extracting garlic from the peel doesn't have to be a smelly chore! Simply put in the clove of garlic, with the peel on, then press. That's it! The garlic is extracted, and the peel is left behind. The flavor is enough to switch from jarred to fresh!

You can stop using store-bought nonstick sprays on your cookware by using the Kitchen Spritzer. The chemicals in commercial sprays are not good for you, nor are they good for your cookware.
