INTER-PUROK RECYCLED CHRISTMAS TREE MAKING CONTEST

Mechanics:
1. The contest is open for the six (6) Purok’s of Barangay Camagong.
2. Christmas tree decorations and ornaments must be made out of recycled materials. Store-bought and new materials are strictly prohibited.
3. Christmas lights and other electrical devices may be added to enhance the visual/effect of the decorations.
4. Christmas trees must be three (3) meters in height (minimum) but not exceeding five (5) meters.
5. The Christmas tree must be completely set-up on December 16, 2021.
6. Judging for Christmas tree and Carolling Contest will be done on December 23, 2021at 1-5pm starting from Purok Narra down to Purok Yakal.
7. The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.

Creativity and Coherence of Design - 10%
Craftmanship - 25%
Overall Appeal and Visual Impact (day & night) - 15%

Last December 3-5, 2021 the Barangay Camagong SK Chairperson Hon. Jackelyn C. Laurente, SK Treasurer Ms. Myra Mae R. Nuñez and other forty-five (45) participants (SK Chairs&SK Treas) from different Barangays in the Municipality of Tago attended 3-Day Seminar Workshop on the Preparation of the Annual Budget Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) Fiscal Year 2022 at Veil's Harborage, San Agustin, Surigao del Sur.

Sa mga taong makakakita po ng post na ito nawa'y marami pa po ang bukas-palad at maawaing puso na handang tumulong kay Nanay ROSALINA CONCHA-DAPLIN, 83 taong gulang. Sa kasalukuyan po siya ay nakikituloy lamang po ng bahay (nasa labas lang din) sa Purok Yakal, Barangay Camagong, Tago, Surigao del Sur. Ang kanyang asawa po ay namatay noong ika-24 ng Agosto 2021 at ang lamay po ay nasa Purok Yakal waiting shed lamang po. Ayon po sa aming nakapanayam na ang pumanaw na si Tatay MODESTO DAPLIN ay dating biyudo at may mga anak sa unang asawa. Nag-asawa siya ulit at nagkaroon sila ng isang anak ni Nanay Rosalina ngunit wala po dito at nasa Manila. Nawa'y matulungan po si Nanay lalong-lalo na po kung sino ang pweding mag-alaga sa kanya kasi hindi na siya makabangon, makaupo at makatayo ng mag-isa kinakailangan pong may magbantay sa kanya para maalalayan siya nang mabuti.
