TRUTH BOMB// are your excuses getting the better of you still? I’m too tired, I’m too busy, I don’t have time, I don’t like the gym, exercising in front of people makes me self conscious, I don’t know where to start, I’m too sore, I’m too hungover, I’m too lazy... sound all too familiar?

We’re not saying being so busy that you burn yourself out, we’re saying that busier people can make time to exercise and make moving their bodies a priority, so what’s the excuse you tell yourself? A one hour workout is just 4% of your day...just saying 🤷‍♂️

Dinner is sorted!! This easy weekend meal will please everyone! Vegan nachos 😍
📷
- 4 seed wrap
- red & green tomato
- capsicum
- zucchini
- bio cheese
- avocado
- lemon juice
- garlic
- red onion
- salt & pepper

Cut the wrap into triangles. Brush with coconut oil and bake in the oven.
Dice tomato, capsicum, zucchini and fry up. Layer the chips, vegetables and grate cheese on top. Put in the microwave to melt cheese

Top with guacamole made from half avocado, garlic, lemon juice, red onion, salt and pepper.

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU JUDGED YOURSELF TODAY?

When you really think about it, how many times today or any day do you judge yourself, make yourself feel guilty, criticise yourself, have negative self talk, tell yourself you aren’t good enough, tell yourself that you are no good at something, compare yourself, put yourself down? Probably more than you realised right?

Health and wellness is also the language we use towards others and especially towards ourselves! We all have strengths and weaknesses and that’s ok! But what we speak and what we think can have a detrimental effect on our wellbeing and that of others.

So let’s be more conscious of the above and see how much difference it makes! Loving others is just as important and loving yourself!

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY // what a way to kick off 2018 with the first transformation pic for the year!

Today we’re featuring with a 4 month difference between each photo! Here is how she achieved her health goals in time for summer:
- Started by getting my health in check. I knew that it was more important to firstly start with what I was putting in my body
- Got my mindset ready and motivated
- Joined a nutritional cleansing programme which I was coached through and also had a huge support system of other people doing it along side me
- Intermittent fasted once a week
- Moved my body more going to gym classes, riding a stationary bike while watching TV, going for walks
- I had a goal that gave me motivation, it was 2 ballroom dancing competitions that I wanted to look good for so it was a constant reminder to not give up
