We are so proud to announce that Kristin Lanham has been awarded her National C Badge Umpire Accreditation this weekend in Albany at the Great Southern Championships.
Kristin is one of five umpires who is currently participating in the Green Shirt Umpiring Program. This is the first time we have ran this program in Ravenstorpe and the results speak for themselves.
The Green Shirt Umpire Program aims to provide Associations with the tools and support that enables coordinators to effectively support new umpires. It creates and develops a supportive culture which is required to make umpiring a valued and attractive pathway to participate in netball.
Kristin has worked equally as hard both on and off the court and is very deserving of this honour. She has achieved this goal is just 8 short matches of umpiring, 6 of these were round robin matches.
We are in awe of your progress and dedication to netball and most of all your tireless commitment to your community.
Congratulations Kristin!!! We could not be any prouder π
